Shipping policy

Delivery times: Orders usually arrive within 7 to 15 days of being placed. Times can vary with your location, carrier volumes and customs processing for international orders.

Holiday orders: For delivery by Christmas, please place your order by December 10. Orders placed after this date may not arrive before December 25.

Shipping costs: Any shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking: Once your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with tracking details where available.

Customs, duties and taxes: International orders may be charged import duties and taxes by the destination country. Unless stated at checkout, these are the customer's responsibility.

Delayed or damaged parcels: If your order hasn't arrived within 15 days, or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and we'll help sort it out.
