Use it for 20 minutes per session (it switches off automatically), 3โ5 times a week. Keep going consistently for at least 4 weeks for best results. Don't use it while it's charging.
Is it safe for my eyes?
The LEDs sit inside the cap and face your scalp, not your eyes. Don't look directly into the lights when the device is out of the cap. It isn't suitable for people with genetic eye conditions.
